Don’t Forget to Support Your Feet

Granted it’s a strange topic, but also important for physical health! As more and more people are resolved to working at home and limiting their day-to-day contact with the outside world, we’ve also adjusted some of our footwear habits along the way! Hello bare feet! It’s wonderful to be able to ditch the heels, the loafers, or even the sneakers to let those little toes roam free.

But many homes have good old hardwood or tile. This doesn’t make for a great combination because no foot support on flat surfaces is a perfect recipe for foot pain! So keep those feet supported in the right ways! Slippers work just fine indoors, especially if you’re spending long periods of time standing on hard surfaces.
