The Imposter Women Panel

Do you feel like a fraud? Do you feel like you are not good enough or that your success is simply luck? You are not alone.

American psychologists Pauline Clance and Suzanne Imes, who coined the term “impostor phenomenon” or “impostor syndrome” in their published paper, "The Imposter Phenomenon in High Achieving Women: Dynamics and Therapeutic Intervention" describe it as:

"The term impostor phenomenon is used to designate an internal experience of intellectual phonies, which appears to be particularly prevalent and intense among a select sample of high-achieving women."

We are gathering a select sample of high-achieving women in UX and tech to talk through their journeys and how they tackled their own imposter syndromes.

This will be a moderated panel conducted via video chat.
